ABOUT
PAUL

It's good to meet you!

Accepting new clients

The challenges of the modern world can be difficult to weather alone. Whether you are seeking support or want to better understand yourself, I am here to help. I am committed to helping you build the skills to navigate the complexities of life, improve your emotional well-being, and work toward finding meaning and purpose. I am grounded strongly in a patient-centered/dynamic approach that is informed by various cognitive behavioral therapies (CBT), including dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

By combining these approaches, I strive to help clients gain insight into their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and develop healthier patterns that enhance their overall well-being and ability to engage in a meaningful life. Reaching out for support can be a courageous first step toward positive change.

If you're interested in learning how I can help, I invite you to schedule a 15min consultation appointment (at no cost to you) to see if I am the right clinician to help you achieve your goals and to give you a sense of what it’s like to work with me. Together, we can work towards a healthier, more fulfilling life.
