Hi there! I’m so glad you have taken this first step into seeking the care that you deserve. I strive to provide the affirming, empathetic care that all people deserve. I have experience providing care to people of all ages struggling with eating disorders, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, substance use, and life transitions in a variety of settings. I aim to provide a safe space for all to come as they are where we can work together towards safety and contentment.

I am passionate about working with clients from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, and I am committed to providing culturally sensitive and inclusive care. I practice from a health at every size mindset and aspire to help clients live in their authentic selves. I believe that recovery is possible for everybody.

Therapy can be a daunting mission, but I have faith in the transformative power of a trusting therapeutic practice. I believe that recovery is possible for everybody and that the therapeutic process is truly for everyone. You do not have to walk this path alone!
