ABOUT
HANNA

It's good to meet you!
If you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, panicked, or stuck in survival mode, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I work with adults who look capable on the outside but feel exhausted on the inside — overthinking, holding themselves to high standards, and quietly carrying stress that others may not see. You may be struggling with anxiety, trauma, food or body image concerns, or challenges in sex and relationships. Even when life “looks fine,” it can feel heavy. I take a relational, trauma-informed approach grounded in warmth, authenticity, and collaboration. I believe meaningful change happens when you feel safe and supported.
Together, we’ll explore the patterns that once helped you cope but may now be keeping you stuck. I integrate talk therapy, parts work, and practical coping skills to build insight, emotional regulation, and self-trust. As a certified yoga teacher, I value the mind-body connection and may incorporate somatic awareness when helpful.
I’m compassionate, direct, and bring humor into the room when it fits. Therapy is tailored to your goals. Finding the right therapist matters. I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation and do my best to respond to inquiries within 24 hours. You do not have to do this alone.
