Taking the step to begin therapy can feel challenging, especially when you're feeling unsure, overwhelmed, or just stuck. You might be navigating big changes like college or early adulthood, trying to figure out what you want, or just feeling like you're expected to hold it all together when things don’t feel that way at all. If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to face it by yourself.

I work with adolescents, college students, young adults, and women who are struggling with things like self-doubt, difficulty setting boundaries, people-pleasing, and perfectionism. You might feel pulled in too many directions or unsure how to speak up for your needs without guilt. Together, we’ll look at the patterns behind these challenges and create practical, realistic steps that help you build confidence and navigate life with a stronger sense of control.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I use an eclectic style, taking ideas from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support insight, develop coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and reconnect with what brings you meaning. There’s no one-size-fits-all here—we’ll figure out what actually works for you.

I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive space for people of all identities and backgrounds. Whether you're coming in with a specific goal or just a sense that something needs to change, I’d be honored to support you.
