ABOUT
KIERSTEN

It's good to meet you!
Welcome — I’m glad you’re here. I work with teens (13+) and adults navigating life through the lens of ADHD, autism, AuDHD, and other forms of neurodivergence. Whether you’re seeking support for emotional regulation, identity exploration, burnout, or simply looking to better understand yourself or your child, you’re in the right place. My approach is always tailored—neurodivergent-affirming, trauma-informed, and collaborative. Therapy with me isn’t about “fixing” who you are. It’s about making space for all parts of you, understanding your story, and creating new possibilities for connection, self-trust, and resilience.
My practice is grounded in truth, compassion, and curiosity. These values shape a therapeutic space that is validating, respectful, and attuned to your unique needs and experiences. I honor the complexity of the human mind and the many ways it interacts with our environment, relationships, biology, and culture.
I use a trauma-informed, somatic, and integrative approach grounded in a biopsychosocial framework. Drawing from mindfulness, CBT, psychodynamic, and humanistic methods, we’ll explore patterns, build practical tools for growth, and honor your subconscious and spiritual connections.
