It's good to meet you!
Regardless of what you've been through, you're worthy of care and compassion. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to heal and grow. My goal is to make sure you feel seen and supported. Life can be difficult, but you don't have to go through it alone. I specialize in working with people who are struggling with trauma, substance use, and dissociative disorders. In addition to being a therapist, I am also a trained yoga teacher.
